About Me:

Education & Training

I am a wife, a mother, a lifelong educator, and a passionate advocate for women’s health. For nearly 25 years, I have worked in the field of education, driven by a deep belief that knowledge empowers and transforms lives. My commitment to community health took a profound turn when I joined Run for a Cure Africa in 2009, looking for a tangible way to fight breast cancer on the continent.

Motivated by the urgent need for awareness, early detection, and emotional support for women facing breast cancer, I founded Run for a Cure Africa – Cameroon in 2012. Since then, I have served proudly as its president, leading outreach programs, awareness campaigns, and support services for patients.

What inspires me most in this fight is the resilience of women and the power of solidarity. Breast cancer is still a taboo subject in many communities. Breaking that silence, one story at a time, one woman at a time, is at the heart of my mission. Every life we touch, every woman we empower with information or support, is a step toward a healthier, more informed society.

My goal is to ensure that all women—sick or healthy—have access to vital information, screening, and a support network that makes them feel seen, heard, and cared for. I hope to help foster a future where breast cancer is no longer a source of shame, silence, or fear, but a challenge we meet with courage and community.

Outside my advocacy work, my passion remains education and youth development. I am not a healthcare professional, but as an educator and advocate, I play a key role in raising awareness and starting honest conversations about health and wellness.

My greatest wish is to see a future where cancer does not isolate women but connects them to strength, hope, and healing.
